Anthony E. Toepfer

Anthony E. Toepfer

St. Cloud, Minnesota

Attorney Anthony (Tony) Toepfer offers his divorce and family law clients a unique combination of knowledge of Minnesota family law, tech savvy, empathy, and advocacy. Because he concentrates his practice on divorce and family law, Tony has cultivated a great depth of knowledge of the legal issues that are important to his clients.

Helping clients break free from the difficulties of the past, and move forward into the future they want, is one of the many things Tony values about working in family law. He takes very seriously his responsibility as an advocate for clients who need someone to protect their legal rights. Tony also understands that divorce, like marriage, is about more than the law. He believes it’s important to remain cognizant of clients’ emotional and financial needs as well as their legal issues, and to connect them with whatever type of support they need to successfully navigate difficult family transitions. Tony is also a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, which means he is able to serve as a parenting consultant, parenting time expeditor, and may be court appointed for both of those things or as a mediator in family law cases.

Tony knows that, aside from the well-being of their families, financial concerns are uppermost in the minds of many clients. Tony’s background in technology enhances his law practice and allows him to work efficiently for his clients, achieving the results they need as cost-effectively as possible.

Tony enjoys living in Minnesota and is committed to the St. Cloud community. He is a supporter of the arts and is involved with a number of community groups, including Anna Marie's Alliance, GREAT Theater, and the Singing Saints barbershop chorus. When not practicing law, Tony enjoys participating in fantasy sports leagues, playing Ultimate Frisbee, bowling, going to St. Cloud Rox baseball games, and keeping up with the latest in technology.
